HVACBizPro Features and Development Roadmap
Our team is always working to improve user experience within the HVACBizPro platform and always open to customer feedback. We make lots of small improvements regularly, but below you will find a recap of the main features we're working on next.
- Texting Integration - Phase 2. This will allow for dealers to send appointment reminders, proposals, and service tickets via text to the customers.
- Dealers will be able to add a Commercial Customer to a Service Ticket.
- New padding and text wrapping in the proposals to allow for a cleaner and more user-friendly layout.
- The "Walk Me Through It" proposal builder will save after each step, allowing progress to be saved.
The customers list of historical proposals is now visible on the Edit Customer page.
The install address, if different from the billing address, is now visible on Commercial Proposals.
