  • Each different type of user will have different usernames and passwords. A dispatcher can only see activity but not pricing, cost or margins. A salesperson can be restricted to seeing only what you wish them to see. The Admin sees all costs, margins, and items that allow for setup.

    • The program has the ability in the dispatch area to communicate a brief description of the sales or technicians that will be supporting the call. Please provide this brief biography using a word document for each person on your USER list. This would include a message from the ADMIN or OWNER as a thank you message for setting the appointment.

      • This is the HOURLY rate you charge a customer for service related items. It will show up in this manner. HOURLY labor rate – $150 1 hour to replace a capacitor Capacitor = $10 Markup for Capacitor 600% $150 + $60 = $210 selling price of capacitor
      • What is your tax you pay to your supplier?
      • Replacement labor is different than service labor. Replacement labor is your cost of a worker on the job. Ie. One worker makes $25 per hour One worker makes $12 per hour Combined cost of labor = $37

        • Our program works off of Margin or GP$ per hour. If you use MARGIN, enter the margin you would put for the Best, Better, Good and Budget models. Example… COGS = 4000…. A 50% margin 4000/.5=8000

        • Some dealers like to rename their quality levels and not call them Best, Better, Good and/or Budget. If you want to rename them please list that here. Please keep the names as short as possible.
